Payment & Insurance Information
We do provide flexible payment options and accept a diverse number of insurance plans. Please refer to the provided information below to further assist you.
We are contracted with a number of insurance plans. If we are contracted with your insurance plan, we will electronically bill them for the services rendered in our office. If we are not contracted with your insurance plan, you will be expected to pay for your child's visit in full at the time of service.
All co-payments are due in full at the time service is rendered.
If a balance is generated after we have billed your insurance, whether due to deductible, co-insurance, or a non-covered service, you are expected to pay that balance in full. Accounts that are not paid in full will be referred to an outside collections agency.
It is pertinent that we obtain a copy of your insurance card. The insurance card needs to have the name of the child that services are being provided to. Please bring your insurance card with you to every visit.
If there is an insurance change, our office needs to be notified prior to your appointment. This will reduce your waiting time and will also allow us to obtain your benefits before your scheduled appointment.
